The accreditation is designed to highlight an organisation's outstanding dedication to training and employee development and shows that Albany is keen to help its staff achieve their maximum possible potential. Following the review, Albany achieved accreditation in all of the measurable areas. These included: Business Strategy, Learning and Development, Leadership and Management, Management Effectiveness, Involvement and Empowerment, Performance and Measurement, Recognition and Reward and Continuous Improvement.

Athena Davies, HR and Payroll Manager at Albany, comments, "Our staff are crucial to the success of our business. It is their expertise, knowledge and commitment that helps differentiate us from our competitors. Working towards the accreditation has helped us to recognise: staff motivation, skill levels, flexibility, manager's communication and performance management and coaching skills." She continues, "The IiP standard will help us to provide a basis for continuing improvement in all key areas of the business and demonstrate Albany's commitment to our employees."

Coupled with Albany's other recent achievement as an ISO 9001 compliant company, these awards show that the company is busily planning a bright future and is intent on providing a secure infrastructure for customers and staff alike.
