Account Consultant
Albany Software Ltd, based in Alton, is an established
and highly successful computer software company specialising
in the provision of eTransaction Solutions.
We are currently seeking an Account Consultant to service our
existing customer base and generate upgrade opportunities. The
main focus of this role is the proactive generation of opportunities
from within our existing customers. Working closely with accounts
to manage the renewals and marketing to generate the interest,
the individual will be adept at handling customer relations
by phone and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross
selling Albany's portfolio of products. The accurate management
of our prospect database is also important, as is the ability
to make full use of the sales reporting systems.
The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for customer
facing activity and enjoy the prospect of selling to an established
customer base. Excellent telephone skills and a positive and
helpful attitude are a must. The candidate must have a good
knowledge of Word, Excel & customer management systems.
Salary package including Pension, Profit share bonus scheme,
PHI, DIS and Healthcare after qualifying period.
