We are seeking to recruit a Support Manager who will be responsible for the support of Albany's on premises and online solutions, through the provision of high quality services that meet customer's requirements. The position requires the management of the Support team to ensure exceptional levels of customer service are provided (internally and externally), in addition to maintaining an up to date knowledge of customer requirements and having an awareness of the market place and competitor products/services.
The successful Support Manager will have a background in overseeing a small customer service focused team with differing levels of experience, and will have the ability to manage, mentor and motivate people. They should be highly organised with exceptional communication skills and will be able to make independent decisions in line with the company culture and strategy.
An understanding of software support with experience in EFT and EDD markets would be advantageous. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of internal project management and be able to understand technical concepts.
