1. Premier League payments management solution for Blackburn Rovers F.C

Blackburn Rovers Football Club has purchased Albany ePAY together with disaster recovery to streamline the processing of 800 payments per month. 2. Cheque clearing debate

Senior members of the UK government and Treasury Select Committee have now waded into the debate on plans to end cheque clearing in 2018. Michael Fallon MP, member of the Treasury Select Committee has suggested that the plans should be postponed, stating that the Committee has had a number of "serious representations from small businesses and charities, all saying that they need to keep cheques”.

3. International Trade offsets economic woes in UK

Research carried out by Travelex Global Business Payments has found that despite international trade confidence plummeting, 68% of importers and exporters believe that conditions are set to improve over the next 12 months. Read more »
