Resellers now have access to Albany's full product portfolio,
creating new sales opportunities for rapidly expanding, ambitious
resellers
At Softworld Accounting & Finance, e-transactions software author,
Albany Software, is launching a new Professional Reseller programme
for its resellers, which provides them with access to Albany's
entire product portfolio for SME and Corporate solutions for
the first time.
Resellers are now able to sell a wide variety of Albany's products
for document delivery, data and funds transfer, including its
market-leading solutions, ALBACScs
and ALBACSip,
as well as its Electronic Document Distribution software, eCONNECT.
The new reseller programme provides additional sales opportunities
for ambitious, fast-growing reseller organisations that are
looking to expand their business activities. Resellers will
also receive a wide range of other benefits including sales
support, marketing collateral, ongoing training and proactive
account management.
Commenting on the new Professional Reseller programme, Georgia
Leybourne, Sales and Marketing Director at Albany Software,
says, "This is a great chance for resellers to be part of a
rewarding programme that provides them with a broader product
choice and new sales opportunities. We will work with our resellers
to help them develop a formal business plan and we will provide
proactive account management including regular review meetings,
as well as sales & marketing support and ongoing training."
Albany works very closely with its resellers to ensure that
end users receive the highest level of service at all times.
Albany will offer an accreditation scheme to ensure that resellers
wishing to install and / or support Albany products have a minimum
of two Albany Certified Engineers in each discipline. Albany
resellers will be empowered to provide support to customers
from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and need to ensure there is adequate
cover for holidays and sickness.
Commenting on the current market landscape for Albany's products,
Leybourne says, "Demand for our solutions is very high. Many
companies have yet to realise the full potential of the BacsTEL-IP
platform for funds transfer, and there are ways in which they
can further streamline their processes for managing Bacs submissions.
In addition, a lot of companies still remain reliant on the
traditional methods of print and post for dispatching financial
documents such as invoices and remittance advice."
Leybourne concludes, "Our resellers have an excellent opportunity
to educate the marketplace and highlight the ways in which businesses
can use e-transactions technology to automate more of their
day-to-day business processes, in order to save time and money."
