Ambitious business owners gain valuable insight at Albany seminar
On Thursday 24th June 2010, Albany Software held an exclusive seminar specifically targeted at ambitious business owners wishing to optimise efficiency and maximise business potential at the Microsoft Offices in Victoria, London.
The seminar included expert speakers from the Directors Centre, Ramsac, DHC, FD Centre and Albany Software. The seminar was designed for Small – Medium Sized Businesses to hear specialist speakers share their valuable advice, guidance and best practice experiences on how to prudently progress their company to the next level.
Robert Craven, Director at the Directors Centre, opened the seminar with a dynamic and engaging discussion on ways to kick-start a business and how it can take 100 days to see a leaner and fitter organisation. Robert May, Managing Director at Ramsac, followed on to discuss the importance of social networking and digital media, and how leads can be created in a new market environment.
After a very chatty coffee break, Matt Garman from DHC discussed the delivery on return on investment through the use of integrated business software. Georgia Leybourne, Sales & Marketing Director at Albany, joined Matt to outline how electronic payments and the electronic delivery of documents can also assist businesses in improving efficiencies, saving time and reducing costs.
Peter Turner from the FD Centre was up next to discuss efficient and effective planning and how using key performance indicators can help businesses achieve growth, before Robert Craven presented the benefits and importance of outsourcing, helping smaller businesses to grow their sales and increase profits and cash flow by following a few simple rules.
The seminar attracted a lot of interest and an overwhelming 100% of attendees rated this refreshing and insightful seminar as either Very Good or Excellent.
