eCOLLECT
eCOLLECT and eCOLLECTsmall business edition are Albany Software’s AUDDIS compliant Direct Debit management tools. They effectively act as back-office databases that automate much of the high maintenance Direct Debit collection process, making it far easier to manage.
The systems are intended for any industry or sized organisation that deals with a large number of membership or subscription-based payments on a regular basis. For example, a gym offering different membership schemes could implement eCOLLECT or eCOLLECTsbe in order to manage its customer payments more efficiently.
eCOLLECT is the mid-market version of the software, while eCOLLECTsbe has been specifically designed for the smaller business. There are some fundamental differences between the two products:
