Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY: This draw is open to respondents to the UK Faster Payments survey who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. TO ENTER: Visit www.albany.co.uk/paymentsurvey and answer the survey questions. Please note all entry fields within on the website should be completed fully to constitute entry. Albany Software is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Only those communicated with directly via post by Albany Software and appear as the addressee by Albany Software will be eligible for this free prize draw. No purchase necessary. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Albany Software reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3. TIMING: This promotion runs from 12.01 am GMT on 30th November 2007 until 11.59:59 p.m. on 31st May 2008
4. USE OF DATA: The only personal data collected will be email addresses and these will be used to contact the prize draw winner
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined by a random prize draw conducted by Georgia Leybourne, Albany Software on 10th June 2008. The draw will be supervised by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified by email by 17th June 2008. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, through no fault of Albany Software, within TEN (10) days after the first attempt, an alternative winner will be selected at random. The winners may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising.
6. PRIZE: There will be one prize and the prize will be a £250 voucher for a Red Letter Day. Red Letter Day terms and conditions apply. Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. No cash alternatives available. Albany Software reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
7. WINNERS LIST: The winner consents to their surname being made publicly available. The winners name will be available for a period of 8 weeks after the draw. To obtain details please call 01420 547620.
8. OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Albany Software's decision shall be final. Albany Software reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
