Bureau Contingency Service

Bottomline Technologies is a Bacs Approved Bureau and as such is authorised to submit payment and collection files to Bacs on behalf of our customers.

In order to use the Software Contingency Service you need to:

  • Register for the service
  • Contact your bank to nominate Bottomline Technologies as your preferred Bureau Contingency Service
  • Hold either a Direct or Indirect Service User Number (SUN)
