Bureau Contingency Service

Albany has been a Bacs Approved Bureau since 1999 and as such is authorised to submit payment and collection files to Bacs on behalf of our customers.

In order to qualify for the Albany Software Contingency Service you should:

  • Hold a current maintenance contract.
  • Be a direct submitter customer (i.e. not available for commercial bureaux).
  • Contact your bank to nominate Albany Software as your preferred Bureau Contingency Service.
