When you purchase software from us, you will receive basic product training at the time of installation. We also offer a variety of bespoke training sessions should you wish to learn more. Our sales team will talk through your requirements and offer a half day or full day option. We strongly recommend that you purchase user training for new starters to your organisation.

Albany can help you get up to speed with our Bacs accredited "Everything Direct Debit" Scheme training courses. Whilst we all know that compliance with scheme rules is essential, some of you may be surprised to learn that industry best practices could significantly reduce operating overheads.
The Everything Direct Debit training course is designed for small groups of up to 10 delegates to guarantee maximum benefit for each attendee.
